About the SEGCA

Our goal is to make sure that every person in southeast Georgia who needs cancer care can receive cancer care. The Southeast Georgia Cancer Alliance brings together our region’s medical community and interested volunteers so we can work together on the issues of cancer education, prevention, screening, clinical care and research. By working collaboratively, we can do more, reach more people, and help more cancer patients become cancer survivors.

Find Cancer Research Trials

All of today's best cancer treatments were first tested in clinical trials. Clinical trials allow doctors and scientists to study and test new cancer treatment and prevention methods to find out if they work and if they are safe. Many people have survived cancer because of treatment they received as part of a clinical trial.

There are many clinical trials offered in our state. Click the button below to search for clinical trials in Georgia and then discuss your clinical trial options with your doctor.
